Ladies Latin Style open toe dance shoe.
The dance shoe is open between the heel vamp area and the shoe front vamp area. The shoe front vamp is enclosed in four sections of contrasting gold and black suede with the black suede sections positioned towards the inside of the dance shoe. The enclosed front vamp is ideal for ladies who prefer additional support to the sides of the foot. The heel colour matches the black suede straps
A single gold strap is doubled around the ankle, passing through a loop at the back of the heel and is finished in a quick fasten/quick release buckle fastening. (No need to fiddle about with undoing buckles on a dance night).
The kitten heel is finished in the same black leather as the outside sections of the front vamp area. A Kitten heel is the name given to stiletto heels which are between 3.5cm and 5cm in length. The choice of heel size is a personal choice but if the heels are too high this can push the body weight too far forward and in turn affect the balance when dancing.
The dance shoe sole is finished in black suede and the beige insole is padded to provide additional comfort
The heel size drop down box shows the heel size currently in stock for this particular type of dance shoe. The two blue icons above show the heel sizes that can be ordered. Dance Shoe Care – Hints & Tips
Brush the suede soles of your shoes to keep them free of wax and dirt build-up from the dance floors. The wax causes soles to wear faster, since dirt particles cling to the wax and then grind into soft suede soles, causing them to wear away.
In closed-toe styles the toes should be as close to the end of the shoes as is possible without actually rubbing. In the sandals, the toes should completely cover the soles of the shoes and it is preferable if the toes actually "hang over the edges" of the shoes just a bit (up to 1/4 inch)
NEVER WEAR YOUR DANCE SHOES OUTSIDE
